We have been on the Square since 2015. The birria goes in the pot in the morning, the consomé comes to your table in a cup, and you are supposed to dip.

Family run, at 5 East Kansas Street, two doors off the courthouse block. Open seven days for lunch and dinner, with a full bar and a margarita built to whatever flavor you name.

What is poured

Full bar. Say the flavor and the margarita gets built that way, rocks or frozen, and nobody will make a face if you ask for two flavors in the same glass.
